These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchases made from Wreaths New Zealand.
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

All wreaths sold are hand-crafted and may vary slightly in:

  • Shape

  • Size

  • Materials

These variations are a natural part of handmade products and are not considered defects.
Product images are for reference only and may differ slightly from the final item received.

4. Pricing & Currency
All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise state
Prices may change without notice
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are not included in product prices
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

 

5. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance

  • Payment must be received in full before an order is processed

  • Payments are securely processed through Wix’s integrated payment providers

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

 

6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
Please note:

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only

  • We are not responsible for courier delays once an order has been dispatched

  • Risk passes to the customer once the order is handed to the courier

 

7. International Orders, Customs & Taxes
For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country

  • These charges are not included in the product or shipping price

  • We are not responsible for customs delays or seized parcels

8. Fragile Items Disclaimer
Our wreaths are fragile decorative items.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • Minor movement or reshaping may be required after delivery

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling after delivery

Care instructions should be followed to maintain product condition.

9. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and fragile nature of our products:

  • “Change-of-mind” or “do not like” returns are not accepted, unless required by law

  • Damaged items must be reported within the timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy

  • Proof of damage (photos) is required for assessment

Any approved refunds or replacements are at our discretion and in line with New Zealand consumer law.

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986.
